Shipping is free with the purchase of any products on this website.
1. How long does the delivery usually take?
Shipments are generally delivered between 7 and 15 days after your purchase.
2. What countries do you ship to?
Products can only be delivered to locations in the United States.
3. I ordered more than one item. Willthey all be delivered at the same time?
We endeavour to ensure all items you ordered on the same day arrive at the same time. However, if orders are placed on different days and different products are ordered, delivery differences may arise.
1. How long is the return window for any products bought from this website?
We offer returns for items within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
2. What should I do if I want to return the product?
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and a photo of the item’s condition. Please DO NOT return any product without contacting us first. Once we receive your e-mail, our customer service team will contact you ASAP to assist you with the problem.
3. What should be shipped back when my return request is accepted?
In addition to the product itself, all original packaging and accessories shall also be returned. Otherwise, your return will be rejected.
4. Do I need to pay the shipping cost for the return?
If you are returning due to a product fault, we will be responsible for the shipping cost. However, for any other claims, you are responsible for shipping costs.
5. How long will it take for me to receive the refund?
Once confirmed, refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment within one week after receiving a returned product.
6. How long is the warranty period?
AutoBot provides a manufacturer's warranty for all EV chargers and accessories, which is applicable to the original purchaser of the product. The warranty period for each product is as follows:

The warranty ensures coverage against defects in materials and workmanship during the specified warranty period. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable.
To avail of the warranty benefits, it is essential that the AutoBot product is used in accordance with the provided product description and instructions. Any damage resulting from mishandling, improper installation, extreme weather conditions, acts of nature, or costs associated with removal and/or installation are not covered under the warranty.
In order to initiate warranty services, you will be required to provide proof of purchase for the unit. If you encounter any issues or suspect a problem with your AutoBot charging product, we kindly request you to contact our support team at email@example.com. They will guide you through the warranty claim process and provide necessary assistance.
