48A Basic AC Charger (Non-app)

48A Basic AC Charger (Non-app)

FAQ

AutoBot charger doesn’t have a circuit breaker built-in. To reduce the risk of fire, make sure to connect your charger to a circuit with a branch circuit overcurrent protection of 125% of the selected max amperage setting of the device in accordance with local codes and ordinances. So if you have the 40A version of AutoBot charger, you’ll need a 50A breaker, and if you have the 48A version, a 60A breaker will be needed.

The AutoBot non-app version charger is set to operate in RFID mode by default. However, if you prefer the convenience of Plug & Charge mode, you have the option to switch it. To make this change, please follow the step-by-step instructions provided in this manual.

This charger uses SAE J1772 connector, so it works with any EV that takes this connector and even Tesla with an adapter.

You can adjust the charger's current from 8A to 48A by tapping the Touch button on the screen.
